How do you accept payment for your orders?

We currently accept all major credit cards for our personalized lanyards and all other products. If you're with a government organization or public school, we can accept PO's. Do you charge extra for characters or logos?

Never! Our lanyard pricing is all inclusive. All artwork design and proofing is done completely free of charge!

Where are you located?

Our corporate office is located in sunny Florida! Our production facilities are located both in the USA and overseas. We ship direct from the warehouse to ensure speedy delivery.

What Colors Are Available?

We use the color coated Pantone matching system . (Solid Coated). With over 80,000 colors available, we're sure to have the exact colors you're looking for. Pantone color matching is done completely free of charge. Just speak with your sales rep to ensure you get the colors you need.

Where are your lanyards manufactured?

We offer both domestic and international production for our customized lanyards. Generally, our lanyards will be produced overseas and shipped FedEx 2 day International Air. If you would like or require lanyards produced at our facility in the USA, please let your rep know prior to lanyard production (requires additional fees).

How long is production time?

Production time is typically 2 weeks including shipping to your location. Rushes are available for an additional fee, if you require your lanyards in a shorter period of time. Please contact us for rush rates and opportunities prior to placing your order.

Do you offer any discounts on orders?

Sure! We offer discounts for both nonprofit organizations and certain public events. Please contact a sales rep to inquire about special rates for your organization. We love to help local communities and awesome fundraising ventures. Contact us for more information!

What is your minimum quantity?

While we specialize in custom lanyards in bulk, our minimum quantities typically depend on your lanyard type. For most custom lanyards, the order minimum is only 100 lanyard!
